On April 6th, the group standard of Statistical Analysis Method for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles (T / GDBX 070- -2023) (referred to as "Standard"), led by South China New Energy Vehicle Industry Promotion Center, Nanhai District, Foshan City, was officially released!

This group standard by the south China nanhai district, Foshan city, new energy automobile industry promotion center, standardization association, Guangdong province can new energy technology co., LTD., Guangdong, Foshan polar energy technology co., LTD., hydrogen technology, technology of Guangdong province, Guangdong orchid hydrogen technology co., LTD., Foshan, climbing industry hydrogen energy technology co., LTD., Foshan green hydrogen technology co., LTD., and so on more than ten units to draft.

Since the standard officially passed the project review in September 2022, a series of work such as the collection of participating units, standard draft development, opinion soliciting, standard review and revision have been completed successively, and formally implemented on April 6,2023.

The standard specifies the terms, definitions and symbols related to the statistical analysis of hydrogen mileage data for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and gives the method of counting and analyzing the running mileage of hydrogen for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles through the data.

The standard applies to the data uploaded by hydrogen fuel cell vehicles for the statistical analysis of hydrogen running mileage for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

The standard released this time adopts the analysis method of big data, combined with the dynamic data characteristics of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and the edge calculation mode, and improves the operability of hydrogen mileage accounting in the actual analysis process. The release of the standard will provide a strong reference standard for the "Guangdong Fuel cell Vehicle Demonstration and application Urban agglomeration Comprehensive Supervision platform" for hydrogen mileage accounting and identifying subsidy data, and contribute to the healthy development of the hydrogen energy industry.

[National Development and Reform Commission: Study and improve the trans-regional transmission capacity of hydrogen energy, and rationally layout the filling facilities]

According to the National Development and Reform Commission, on April 12, the Department of High Technology organized a meeting on the inter-ministerial coordination mechanism for the development of the hydrogen energy industry, to comprehensively summarize the progress of the work and study and deploy the next key tasks.

First, we will consolidate the foundation for innovation-driven development and move faster to strengthen weak links and weaknesses. We will continue to promote innovation and industrialization of advanced and applicable technologies, forward-looking cutting-edge technologies, and strengthen basic research and applied basic research.

Second, expand diversified application scenarios and gradually promote commercial development. We will support the complementary development of fuel cell vehicles and pure electric vehicles, organize the demonstration and application of hydrogen energy in the power fields such as renewable energy consumption and microgrid, and promote the alternative application of hydrogen production from renewable energy in the industrial field.

Third, improve the layout of infrastructure to promote the cost reduction and efficiency of the whole chain. We will support and guide local governments to develop hydrogen production from renewable energy sources in light of local conditions, study how to improve the cross-regional transport capacity of hydrogen energy, and rationally distribute refueling facilities.

Fourth, we will strengthen policy and institutional guarantees to create a favorable environment for industrial development. We will standardize the construction, operation and management procedures of hydrogen energy projects, optimize the approval process and supervision methods, strengthen financial support, and formulate and improve the standard system.
